College of Nursing Annual Research Symposium
Promoting Health Care Quality Through Education and Practice Research This program is jointly provided by the Center for Nursing Research, the Alpha Nu Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau, Intl. and Continuing Education in Nursing and Healthcare. Donna Havens, PhD, RN, FAAN, will deliver the keynote address. She is a professor in the School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she teaches in the graduate and doctoral programs in Healthcare Systems and Outcomes. Additional research presentations selected from a call for abstracts will focus on clinical excellence, nursing education and healthcare leadership.
